WHAT IS A FOAM-MOUNTED PRINT? 

A foam-mounted print is a fine art photo mounted on sturdy, lightweight foamcore for a polished look and added durability. You can read more about why I use them here.  

WHAT IF I WANT A SIZE OR PRINT MEDIUM NOT OFFERED ON YOUR SITE?

If you would like a print size not offered on my site or a different print medium (i.e., canvas), please contact me here.  Please include the name of the photo and which size and/or medium you would like.  I will do my best to make it happen!

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Turnaround times vary based on medium and size ordered.  Once your print is produced, I will carefully inspect it to ensure your image does not have any imperfections.  Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your package.  You should receive your print 2 weeks after placing your order.  Currently, due to Covid, this might vary.  

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

I am extremely grateful to anyone who supports my work and want to ensure that you are satisfied with your investment.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact me here and include a description of the issue.  I will promptly reply so that we can correct the matter.

HOW DO I CARE FOR THE PHOTOGRAPHS I HAVE INVESTED IN TO ENSURE THEIR LONGEVITY?
